When you ask for an invitation we keep the details you typed (name, email, phone, company and your answers) and the date. We use them only to answer you and, if accepted, to create your access.
We never sell them. Only the Kozy team and the services that run this site (hosting, database, email) process them, inside the European Union where possible.
A request we decline is erased at the latest three years after our last contact. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or erase your data by answering any of our emails.
